ICYMI, Y2K is more than just a nostalgic fashion and beauty trend... In the Philippines, it's also the theme for this year's BaiCon InFest.
They're paying tribute to the aughts (2000 to 2009), to recognize the decade that paved the way for the rise of the internet and content creation. (Remember life before vlogs, when YouTube was mainly used for cat videos?)
What is BaiCon InFest?
BaiCon InFest is the the country’s biggest influencer event where tons of our fave internet personalities gather to perform, give tips on content creation for those who want to be ~like~ them, and a venue to interact with their fans and followers. This year, it's happening from October 30 to 31.
The event is expected to bring in more than 100 creators from all over the Philippines and some parts of the world, including Candy faves like AC Bonifacio, Niana Guerrero, Ranz Kyle, their younger sis Natalia, and emerging personalities like Kween Yasmin Asistido.
