Last month, Management SOOP—the agency of Joo Hyuk—announced that the actor is positively reviewing the offer to star in Vigilante. The series is about a police university student whose hobby is looking for criminals on Saturdays and Sundays. If Joo Hyuk accepts the role, he will portray the lead character, Ji Yong.
Days after the announcement of Joo Hyuk's possible project, it was rumored that Sung Kyung is also offered a role in Vigilante as Choi Mi Ryeo, the reporter who discovered Ji Yong's ~weekend plans.~ The drama's producer reportedly invited her to be a part of the drama. Omo!
For those who are new in the Hallyu world, Joo Hyuk and Sung Kyung led the coming-of-age series Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo in 2016.
