UPDATE: Miley Cyrus is Back on Twitter

Last week, we told you about Miley Cyrus's rumored concert here in Manila. On that very same day, there was a Twitter account opened for her Gypsy Heart Tour. At first, it seemed like it was just people from her team who would post updated on the account. Then, on April 4, Miley herself announced that she'd be taking over the gypsyhearttour account. First Demi Lovato,  now Miley. Are you happy she's back tweeting?

EDIT (April 7, 10:52AM): Miley renamed the account to @MileyCyrus now! :)
