Life Unexpected's Britt Robertson is in The Secret Circle

Life Unexpected's Brittany Robertson is cast as the lead in The CW's new show The Secret Circle, from the same people who brought you The Vampire Diaries.

You might know Brittany Robertson as Lux on Life Unexpected, the troubled teen who files for emancipation only to be given back to her birth parents. Though it looks like Life Unexpected might not have a third season, it seems like Britt has something to look forward to.

The Secret Circle is based on a series of books by L.J. Smith, the same author who wrote The Vampire Diaries. With Kevin Williamson producing this new show, we're expecting another hit! Secret Circle is about "a young woman who moves to a new town and not only discovers that she's a witch and part of a secret coven, but she's also the key that will unlock a centuries-old battle of good versus evil."

We snooped around the Web and found out that Britt's character Cassie falls in love with a mysterious boy named Adam before she moves. Who do you think could play opposite Britt's character? Plus Diana and Faye, who she'll meet in her new school. Post your dream cast in the comments below!
