In a heartfelt Instagram post on June 22, Kadenang Ginto actor Kyle Echarri revealed that his sister Bella was diagnosed with a brain tumor last month.
“My baby sister Bella has been my world since the day she was born. Just yesterday I was told by my family that my little girl was diagnosed with a brain tumor on May 2nd and she wanted to hide it from me because she said she didn’t want me to get stressed while I was working. To say it hurts is an understatement,” he penned alongside a carousel of sweet photos featuring him and his sister.
Now that Bella has just finished her radiation treatment, Kyle is asking his fans and loved ones to pray for his sister’s speedy recovery. He wrote: “I love this girl 10x more than I love myself. She has finished her radiation treatment and now I’m asking for everyone’s prayers for my baby sister. She’s the most beautiful, smart, and amazing little kid that I will love forever.”
“We have all high hopes and I’m hoping everyone can help pray for complete healing for my little girl,” Kyle concluded.
Some of Kyle’s showbiz friends left words of encouragement and comfort in his post’s comments section. AC Bonifacio, Angelina Cruz, Cassy Legaspi, Barbie Imperial, and fellow Gen Z stars reassured Kyle that they’ll be praying for Bella.
After Kyle celebrated his 19th birthday earlier this week, Bella also posted a heartwarming message for him on Instagram. “Happy Birthday KAYULLL!!! I know I’m really late but happy birthday to the best brother everrrrrr. I just wanted to say thank you so much for everything. I’m so proud of you and the man you’ve become,” she wrote.
