The FIFA World Cup season has already started and all eyes are on the teams representing their countries. For South Korea, there's a rising football star that has been making everyone ~*swoon*~ with his achievement and...undeniable looks! Everyone, meet Cho Gue Sung.
Born on January 25, 1998 (which makes him a 24-year-old Aquarian) in Ansan-si, Gyeonggi, South Korea, Gue Sung grew up in a family of athletes. His dad was a member of a soccer club while his mom used to play professional volleyball. When he was young, Gue Sung had a small physique which kept him on the bench most of the time.
Years after and he's now 6'2″ tall! Before he played for Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors, Gue Sung was under Gwangju University (a.k.a his school)'s football team.
Gue Sung recently made headlines when he scored two goals in a match against Ghana during the 2022 FIFA World Cup—making him the first Korean to do so. Daebak!
Aside from his soaring popularity as a football player, Gue Sung is also an Instagram star. I personally saw how his IG followers rise from 46,000 earlier this week to a whopping 1.6 million as of writing! *insert collective gasps*
P.S: Fans have been complimenting his accomplishment and gwapo face and they were asking him to update his account more. LOL!
