Kim Molina Talks About Working on Till I Met You
We know that you're all excited to watch Till I Met You, James Reid and Nadine Lustre's second primetime TV show, this Monday. No worries because we totally understand. But here's something to make you more excited about the show.
During our shoot with Kim Molina, the actress who plays Kelly on the show gladly shared some inside information with us about what it's like to work with Nadine, JC Santos, and Director Antoinette Jadaone. Can't contain your feelings anymore? Scroll down now!
On working with Nadine: It's my first time to work with her. Yung role ko dito best friend nya and, actually, magaan lang syang ka-work. Di naman kasi kami magkalayo ng age and we have mutual friends... This is a different side of James and Nadine because this time, sobrang detailed ni Direk with Nadine because she wants to show her different side compared to OTWOL's Leah."
On working with Direk Tonet: "This is also my first time working with Direk Tonet, but I'm already friends with her. Direk Tonet would visit the set of #WalangForever, which was directed by her boyfriend Direk Dan (Villegas), during production. I really wanted to work with her, so ito na. Masayang katrabaho si Direk Tonet, but I'd say that she's stricter by 5% compared to Direk Dan. Pareho lang sila halos because they're a power couple at masarap silang kasama.
"My favorite part of working with her, since she's a theater fan also, kapag may script and reading, she'd tell us after, "Alam mo na." Kapag sinabi nya na yun, ibig sabihin, maga-adlib ka na. She's not going to say cut. Nakaka-pressure kasi careful ka dapat sa lahat ng sasabihin mo."
On why she's happy to work with JC on the show also: "It's exciting kasi there's Nadine and James and JC. He's also a thespian, and I have worked with him before sa Kung Paano Ako Naging Leading Lady. My role had this relationship with JC's role. We're two thespians and two mainstream actors in one show."
You can catch Kim as Kelly on Till I Met You starting August 29 on ABS-CBN. Her movie, Camp Sawi, is also showing in cinemas nationwide.
