If you are a loyal Candy and Candymag.com reader, you're surely familiar with the beautiful face of 19-year-old Kelsey Merritt. This bubbly lady who grew up in Pampanga did a ton of fashion and beauty features with us. She's also one of photographer BJ Pascual's (he did this cover shoot for us!) muses, who took her stunning headshot which made international modeling agency Wilhelmina Models take notice.
