ICYMI: KD Estrada and Alexa Ilacad recently celebrated their first anniversary as an on-screen couple! After taking to Instagram to thank their fans for supporting them all this time, the pair also opened up about their most memorable milestones yet.Â

"I think it's a milestone that we just reached one year 'cause this partnership wasn't something we ever expected," Alexa shared in an interview on ABS-CBN's BRGY. "Honestly, it came as a surprise to everyone—I bet even to the people who watched PBB."
Like Alexa, KD revealed that he never expected to form a successful tandem with Alexa because he entered the industry as a musician. "This is a super different experience from what I've had before. I never thought I would reach this point in my life na I would have this much people looking up to me in showbiz and having such an amazing partner," he shared.
 
KD and Alexa are typically lauded for their sweet chemistry on camera, but they've also had their fair share of cute moments IRL. While the two have previously made it clear that they aren't officially dating at the moment, Alexa finally confirmed that they're now in the ~courting stage.~
"Totoo naman na napaka-cliche na ng 'He's my special friend,'" Alexa admitted with a laugh, referring to her past descriptions of their bond. She then added, "Totoo naman 'yun, but to be honest, we're at the courting stage."
"Yeah, courting stage. That's the exact word," KD agreed. Awww, how cute!
