KD opened up about experiencing anxiety attacks.
KD once said that he was probably the most introverted housemate inside Bahay ni Kuya, but during an episode of the reality TV program, he was finally able to open up about his experiences and emotions to the rest of the housemates.
During this raw and emotional moment for KD, he shared that he had gone through an anxiety attack because of his struggles with online classes and ended up releasing his emotions to his parents. Doing so made him feel like such a burden, and he got emotional upon sharing this bit with his fellow housemates. With the help of PBB's resident psychologist and the support and understanding of the housemates, KD is working on getting better even while inside the PBB house.
Big Brother also helped KD address his feeling of "being a burden to his family." As a reward for winning a task, KD received a video message from his dad, Glen Estrada. In the video, KD's dad shares, "You know, you're doing great by just being you. We're so proud of you, son. You were never a burden to us nor to anyone. So stand tall and stay strong." Awww! These encouraging words surely motivated KD even more. "Just hearing my dad say that I was not a burden, for him to say that I am doing well... it makes me happy po," he said.
