~A lot~ has happened in the year 2020, including the most heartwarming interactions between our favorite K-pop idols and Pinoy celebrities. Even though the year has been filled with overwhelming events month after month, these cute moments gave us a brief feeling of kilig and happiness. Below, a few notable interactions between Pinoy stars and K-pop idols this year:
Ella Cruz meeting her idols BLACKPINK
Ella is a huge K-pop fan and she's actually lived the ultimate Y/N life. Aside from being followed by one of her idols on Instagram (no less than Girls' Generation's Tiffany Young), Ella got to meet BLACKPINK when she flew for a Samsung event to Indonesia. Not only that, but she also impressed the group with her dance and got to shake hands with Jisoo!
DAY6's Jae and Ogie Alcasid's cute online exchange
Here's a friendship we didn't know we needed--Jae Park of K-band Day6 and OPM legend Ogie Alcasid had some pretty adorable exchanges over Twitter after fans pointed out that they wore the same designer jacket, and the rest is basically history. The two have since been doing Instagram lives together and exchanging stories about their faith and music.
ICYDK, Four Sisters and Fan Girl star Charlie Dizon was once a K-pop trainee together with Nancy from MOMOLAND. They shared a tight bond when they were together in South Korea. This year, Nancy even appeared during one of Charlie's livestreams where they caught up for a while and looked back at all the fond memories they shared together.

K-pop idols showing love for Ben&Ben
There was a point in 2020 when numerous K-pop idols have expressed their love for homegrown band Ben&Ben's music. Some would play Ben&Ben songs during their casual livestreams and even during their radio stints that the band trended in South Korea's version of Google. Â
To show the love back, the band covered songs of the K-pop idols that played their music and it shook both the OPM and local K-pop community. Here's hoping a collab is next.
