At this point, you probably miss going to campus and attending face-to-face classes. But while students are stuck seeing each other as tiny boxes on their screens, here is a list of K-dramas that can satisfy your yearning for your school campus (and your classmates, too!).

The Heirs

Starring Lee Min Ho, Park Shin Hye, and Kim Woo Bin, The Heirs focuses on the lives of affluent students at Jeguk High School, including the story of newcomer Cha Eun Sang who got into the school through a scholarship.

My ID Is Gangnam Beauty

My ID Is Gangnam Beauty centers on the life of college student Kang Mi Rae who decided to go under the knife after being bullied for her looks back in middle school. It stars Im Soo Hyang and Cha Eun Woo and is currently available for streaming on Netflix.

Heartstrings

Those majoring in courses that are under performing arts will especially relate to this K-drama. Starring Park Shin Hye and Jung Yong Hwa, Heartstrings is set in a performing arts college. Fun fact: The two leads can actually sing IRL! Park Shin Hye has sung OSTs for her own dramas while Jung Yong Hwa is a member of K-band CNBLUE.

Love Alarm

Online dating has now transcended into a more high-tech version: Users of an app will be able to tell if someone nearby has romantic feelings for them. Parts of this Netflix Original is actually filmed at Choong Ang High School, which was also the filming site for many other shows, including Winter Sonata and Goblin.

Age of Youth

Also known as Hello, My Twenties, Age of Youth centers on the lives of five roommates with different college majors as they navigate through early adulthood. While the setting mainly revolves around their home life as roomies, the show also includes snippets of their lives on campus as well as moments every college student can relate to. If you were a dormer back in college, you might appreciate this K-drama!

Reply 1994

The second installment of the popular Reply series follows the lives of six university students who live together at a boarding house. The K-drama was shot at Yonsei University, one of the most prestigious universities in South Korea.
