- Joshua returned to school in October 2020.
ICYDK, Joshua had to drop out of high school due to the lack of financial resources. He shared that his father could only afford to send one child to school and since his elder sister was at college during that time, he opted to let his sister continue studying instead. Although his career as an actor is doing great, Joshua opted to go back to school and earn his degree.
In the middle of the pandemic, he revealed via Instagram story that he enrolled in an online entrepreneurship program at Southville International School Affiliated with Foreign Universities (SISFU) in Las Piñas City. He also stated that "it is never too late to do something new." Kudos to Joshua for taking this step!
- Joshua gifted his father a three-storey house.
Joshua embodied the good son (pun intended!) as he gave his father a three-storey townhouse. Joshua has always been open about the financial struggles that his family went through. From his parents' separation and living with different relatives, Joshua has always known the value of money and recognizes the hardships his father went through.
