Attention, The Kissing Booth fans: Joey King just announced her engagement to three-year boyfriend Steven Piet.
The 22-year-old actress first broke the news last night through an Instagram photo with a long heartfelt caption. “I love you more than an Instagram caption could ever do justice. Hanging out with you forever sounds like a real dream, so let’s do it,” she wrote, adding that Steven popped the question on February 2, 2022. Joey also showed off her gorgeous ring, which is apparently from a jewelry store called Mociun.
Meanwhile, Steven also penned his own message for Joey on his feed. “Holding hands on silent cab rides home, exhausted from great food and red wine. And oh, the laughter. The uncontrollable laughter. You've unlocked a dimension of love in me that I never knew existed,” he shared. OMG, super kilig!
Last week, the couple was spotted swimming at a gorgeous waterfall in Costa Rica. Their vacation pics looked stunning!
Steven, 30, is a Chicago-born Hollywood director, writer, and producer. ICYDK, these two first met in 2019 on the set of The Act, a true crime series that Stephen co-produced and Joey starred in. In 2018, Joey and The Kissing Booth co-star Jacob Elordi broke up with each other after a year of dating.
