Janella Salvador was recently quoted saying that Joshua Garcia *deserves* happiness. This comes after the 24-year-old actor's revelation that he used to have a big crush on her.
ICYDK, Joshua recently admitted this ~tidbit~ in a 'Truth or Dare' challenge with Zanjoe Marudo and Daniel Padilla. The actor said that among all the leading ladies he worked with in the past, it was Janella that he had a crush on.
Janella then shared her *reaction* to this information when she guested on Ogie Diaz's latest showbiz update video. "Sinabi na naman niya yun sakin dati. Nung Killer Bride pa, he told me," she revealed. The hit ABS-CBN series The Killer Bride was where the two actors previously worked together.
"Nakita ko rin mga interviews niya dati, so napag-usapan na namin yun ni Joshua."
When asked how she felt about this ~revelation~, the 23-year-old actress said that she was pleased and flattered when he confessed to her, noting that he was nothing but respectful about it.
She also called Joshua her "very good friend" and believed that he deserves happiness. "Magiging masaya rin si Joshua. Deserve niya 'yun," she noted.
Joshua and Janella are set to *reunite* in the highly-awaited Darna series led by Jane De Leon. Joshua is set to star as Brian, a police officer and Darna's leading man; meanwhile, Janella will take on the role of the iconic villain Valentina.
