Here's The Exact Location Of Seo Ye Ji's 'Cursed Castle' In 'It's Okay To Not Be Okay'
WARNING: *Major* spoilers ahead for It's Okay To Not Be Okay! Don't read if you haven't seen the latest episodes yet.
In the latest episodes of It's Okay To Not Be Okay, we were able to see the mansion Mun Yeong grew up in, also known as the "cursed castle" that her father built in the middle of a forest! Despite her dark past—which is connected to the mansion—Mun Yeong (Seo Ye Ji) stays there because she wants to be close to Gang Tae (Kim Soo Hyun). The mansion is huge, imposing, a little run-down, and is honestly scary—especially at night!
Here's a fun fact: The house's exterior doesn't *actually* exist. Like a lot of Korean drama sets, it was built by an amazing production crew on the Sanida Cafe grounds, which is located at 109-128 Chilbong-ro, Hojeo-myeon, Wonju-si, Gangwon-do, South Korea.
According to the Sanida Cafe website, a gate was installed at the grounds' entrance and the doorway of the "mansion" was built on the premises. The huge mansion we see in the series? That's all CGI!
Check out some of the set's pics here:
It's Okay To Not Be Okay tells the story of selfless health worker Gang Tae (Kim Soo Hyun) and a children's storybook writer with an antisocial personality disorder named Mun Yeong (Seo Ye Ji). The show also stars Oh Jung Se as Gang Tae's older brother Sang Tae, who has autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
You can catch new episodes of It's Okay To Not Be Okay every Saturday and Sunday on Netflix.

I started college with little to no support coming from my family. I can't blame them tho, life was pretty hard for us to afford college. I had to stand up on my own just to get by. Good thing I have a boyfriend who supports me all the way. But I can't let him shoulder it all, so, I had to accept sidelines just to finance my studies. It was fortunate of me to be blessed with talented hands to do crafts. And now, I'm so proud to say that I'll be graduating next year! So, let me share with you my works that helped me all through out my college journey.
This Quarantine has been a threat to my mental health since I had a lot of time to overthink things. This is surely a depressing time but I found my inner peace by writing. I found my way back into my first love, which is writing. And there I realized that this pandemic may seem worse but it will only get worser if you let it ruin your peace. With this, I wanna share to you my sanctuary.

WHO ARE YOU: PRELUDE
Past? Or Present?
