How to Have a Great Weekend According to the Weekend Expert, Taylor Swift

When it comes to having a great weekend, Taylor Swift is an expert. Have you gone through her and her friends' Instagram posts lately? Girl friend's surely having a wonderful time once Saturday rolls in. But you don't just have to sit inside your room, browse through her feed, and just wish you also had a great time. Take your cue from her posts and have your own amazing time, too!

  1. Gather your loved ones. Don't be afraid to include your parents in the circle. Yes, they may be a little TMI or maybe uptight whenever they're around your pals, but listen to what they have to say. You might get a few life lessons and breathtaking laughters just by listening to their stories and anecdotes about themselves or somebody they know. 

  2. Bond in the kitchen. We know most of you probably won't step in this room, unless mom calls you to eat and grab a bite of something.   3. Do something creative together. It is always nice to discover something new to do. And it's more exciting when you get to do that with someone. Try taking on easier projects first, then get your hands on bigger ones once you get the hang of things. Why don't you try calligraphy or stamp-making with someone today? We promise, you'll have an amazing time.

  4. Play dressup and take #OOTD photos. Try out some of this year's fashion trends with your friends and snap some images. Aside from learning how to pose, you also get to learn more about your personal style which you can use to style yourself in the future. Plus, you have your friends around to help you choose clothes that flatter your body type. Yay!

  5. Go on a roadtrip. It doesn't have to be out of the country or you don't have to get in a boat or plane. It's about exploring new places and doing that with the people you hold dear. Remember that traveling doesn't have to be expensive. Here are some things you can add to your travel bucket list this year.
