After three years of diligent uploads, Rachel Gania has finally hit the 100,000 subscriber milestone on YouTube!

Fun fact: This 25-year-old style influencer actually used to work as a med tech specialist, but she quit her 9-to-5 job in 2020 to pursue her passion for content creation. Since then, she's been producing color-themed Shopee hauls, aesthetic outfit lookbooks, and lifestyle vlogs.

In her most recent upload, she unboxed her new Silver Play Button and gave first-time creators advice on starting a YouTube channel. Watch the full video below:

Tips for newbie YouTubers

She stressed the importance of focusing on yourself and finding your own niche, rather than obsessing about what other people may think of you. We totally love her confident approach!

"Kapalan mo na yung mukha mo kasi if you're passionate about it, why not try, 'di ba? Walang mawawala sa inyo," she said.

"Be you! If you're really having a hard time, get inspiration from other content creators but incorporate your style into it," she added.

She was also transparent about her YouTube earnings, explaining that she generates about P15,000 to P30,000 from YouTube AdSense, sponsorships, and affiliate links. Since YouTube only monetizes influencers with at least 1,000 subscribers, she advised newbie vloggers to boost their numbers by uploading at least twice a week
