We know that just like us, you're still trying to get over the fact that One Direction is now just made up of four boys and that Zayn Malik is just a past member. We're trying to find comfort anywhere—from songs, movies, and even old photos of the group. So when theoretical physicist Stephen Hawking (the person Eddie Redmayne brilliantly portrayed in The Theory of Everything) had a few comforting words to offer 1D fans everywhere during his Physics lecture at the Sydney Opera House, we just had to take his words to heart.

Here's what he said: "My advice to any heartbroken young girl is to pay close attention to the study of Theoretical Physics. Because one day there may well be proof of multiple universes. It would not be beyond the realms of possibility that somewhere outside of our own universe lies another different universe—and in that universe, Zayn is still in One Direction."
You guys, you heard it from the genius himself. BRB, we're going back to reading our Physics books and looking for evidence on this theory.
