Sleeping early is hard, we know. But for night owls like us, sleeping late is part of our routine. But sometimes, you have the need to fix your body clock in order to stay healthy and productive, which is impossible if you keep on sleeping at 4 a.m. It sucks, but there are ways and apps that might help you to sleep better.
Say no more! Harry Styles has partnered with a meditation app called Calm and his fans are freaking out.
Styles will narrate sleep stories in a feature called Dream With Harry through the app that will be released on Wednesday; and it might just be the answer to your quarantine-induced insomnia and anxieties.
On Monday, @calm tweeted a series of emojis including a watermelon emoji that his fans cleverly figured might be a reference to the 26-year-old British star's hit single "Watermelon Sugar."

Then yesterday, they finally confirmed it on Twitter by posting a teaser video with screenshots of tweets from his fans, with Styles introducing himself at the end of the video. (It's v. soothing, tbh.)
The tweet reads, "Wednesday. #DreamWithHarry"
They follow it up with a picture of Styles recording what we assume, are the stories that we will hear him narrate once it's out. *Huge heart eyes emoji*
