Glee's Chris Colfer and Jane Lynch nominated at the 2011 Emmys

Glee has been nominated for Best Comedy Series at the 2011 Emmys, as well as two of its stars: Chris Colfer for Best Supporting Comedy Actor and Jane Lynch for Best Supporting Comedy Actress. Best Comedy contender Big Bang Theory has two candidates in the Best Comedy Actor race, Jim Parsons, and Johnny Galecki. As Jim’s Sheldon Cooper would say, "Bazinga!"

Over at the reality TV realm, Emmy nods were given to American Idol, Project Runway, So You Think You Can Dance, Top Chef, The Amazing Race, and Dancing With the Stars.
