Glee's Chris Colfer Also a Writer?

Deadline reports that Glee's Chris Colfer (who plays the adorable Kurt Hummel) has written a pilot for The Disney Channel. This 21-year-old Golden Globes winner has adapted the children's book The Little Leftover Witch, which is about a little witch whose broom crashes into a house and is taken in by the family, for television. How awesome is that?
