Since 2006, Taylor Swift’s discography has been making us *cry*. From her self-titled debut to her comeback album Reputation, and yes, up until Lover (which, BTW, is different from her previous album because it celebrates a “full spectrum of love” in glitters and pastel colors), you can’t say you never, not once, related hard to anything she has written. No one is that cold... you're either manhid or in denial, there's no in-between.
Recently, Taylor released her eighth album Folklore, which consists of 16 songs, a product of her *imagination* while in quarantine. She announced the surprise just hours before its official release, with a music video for "Cardigan" to boot.
As usual, all of us are curious about the meaning behind every song, and our minds are going places. Everyone has a theory, but this thread seems to make the most sense!
Whether it's true or not, or if it's about her boyfriend, an ex-lover, a friend, all we know is that Folklore is for everyone who can relate to the songs. But take note, it's not a reason for you to go back to your old fling/s lol.
Just hours after the release, memes and hugot lines ensued. Here, we gathered some of the most relatable and funny hugot posts about the album, proving that Pinoys (once again) really make the best Swifties:
Ingat po tayo
It's called "the 1" for a reason.

Technically, it's not Folklore's fault, right?
In our crush, we trust.
LOL, WHY???
Ouch! ????????????
Folklore isn't only here to remind you of past feelings, but also past utang.
Oh, thank God!
We should thank whoever that person is.
Tayo mag-adjust for Queen Taylor Alison Swift.
