There’s no denying that ladies are socially conditioned to measure their worth through their looks and bodies, giving them unrealistic expectations of beauty and physical perfection. It doesn’t help that some people often give unsolicited remarks about their appearance—bombarding them with comments that do nothing but objectify and reinforce harmful gender stereotypes.

The public scrutiny can even be harsher if you’re constantly in the public eye—with millions of followers keeping tabs on your every IG post and appearance.
