New year, new love. It looks like Diego Loyzaga seized the opportunity to be extra *romantic* listing down what he was most thankful for on New Year's Day, and it's none other than his newly-announced relationship with actress Barbie Imperial.

Diego, the son of actor Cesar Montano and Teresa Loyzaga, is also an actor and was last seen in the series Pusong Ligaw. Meanwhile, Barbie Imperial currently stars in Bagong Umaga alongside Sunshine Cruz, who's Diego's stepmom IRL.
Sunshine, who has always been vocal about her love and support for Diego, also congratulated her daughters' half-brother AND her on-screen daughter in the comment section of the post. "You both deserve to be happy! Happy New Year Diegs and my beautiful Cai!" ICYMI, Cai is Barbie's character name in Bagong Umaga. Too cute!
