Demi Lovato Says Thank You To Her Fans

Late last year, Demi Lovato was admitted into a treatment facility shortly after announcing that she would no longer be continuing her tour with The Jonas Brothers. Last Thanksgiving, a video of her saying hello to her fans appeared on the Internet despite her being in the treatment facility. It was later found out that the video had been recorded before she got admitted.

This time, through Cambio, Demi sends her message of thanks to her fans. She won 2 awards at the People's Choice Awards held recently.
