Asked if it's weird being on tour with Joe, Demi says, "We started off as best friends then we took it to the next level and it didn't work out. It wasn't meant to be so we're back to being best friends. And it's fun!"
Demi Lovato is quite vocal about her relationships. Remember when she and Miley Cyrus's step bro Trace had a Twitter flirt fest? Well, that didn't really end well, did it? When she took her friendship with Joe to another level, she couldn't help but shout it out to the world. She tells People, "You want to say to your fans, 'Guess what, I'm so in love with somebody.' You want to shout it from the rooftops. That's what you do when you fall in love." And then, they broke up. Well, Demi has learned a valuable lesson after this. If she falls in love again, she would keep it private.
