"Don't do it alone. Find a friend or a family member that will join you through the journey. Document your progress so you stay motivated and instead of going out to watch movies with friends, try group work outs or classes. Lastly—sleep earlier, drink lots of water, and eat lots of greens!!! Proper nutrition is really important." —Lexi Gancayco
"Look for a daily motivation—a quote, photo, or even a workout buddy that will help you to continuously work toward Your fitness goals. Set realistic/achievable goals and set a deadline for yourself." —Lissa Kahayon
First of all, look for your body inspiration and make it your phone wallpaper. This sounds funny, but it works! Then, completely give up sweets and junk food with no cheat day. That way, you wont start craving for these. Also, change your white bread and rice to whole wheat and red rice. Lastly, work out as much as your time permits you to and walk and take the stairs as much as you can." —Vern Enciso
"Diet is most important on the road to getting fit. 80% diet, 20% working out. Also, determination is key. It's all about how badly you want to be fit."—Danes Lee
"Do it for yourself. In terms of fitness, it should always be summer for you! So it doesn't matter what you're doing—sports, going to the gym, or dancing, as long as you have your own fitness routine and you stick to it, you're good!"—Coleen Garcia
