Starting the year off with a big reveal are Diego and Barbie, who became Instagram-official on New Year's Day. Since then, the two have shared that they started out as friends and as Call of Duty playmates before eventually developing romantic feelings for each other.
Julia Barretto and Gerald Anderson
Rumors have been going around regarding Julia and Gerald's true status. In April 2021, it's been confirmed that the two are dating when Julia made a guest appearance on Gerald's YouTube vlog to try out street food she's never eaten before. This marks their first ever public appearance together as a couple.Â
Maris Racal and Rico Blanco
Before May ended this year, Maris confirmed her relationship with Rico Blanco during a press conference for her Maalaala Mo Kaya episode. "Kami po ni Rico... I think basing po sa post na ginawa ko po, I think it's very obvious," she said. Maris also mentioned that they have been busy with collaborating on future music releases.
Jane Oineza and RK Bagatsing
To keep up with the 2021 trends, RK and Jane revealed their relationship to the public in a sweet TikTok video of them dancing together and exchanging kisses.Â

In January 2021, Korean media outlet Dispatch revealed that CLOY couple Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin are also dating IRL. After their respective agencies confirmed the dating news, Son Ye Jin took to Instagram to talk about her relationship. As per Soompi, Son Ye Jin says, "I’m thankful to have been able to meet a good person, and I’ll work hard to tend [the relationship] with care."
Pete Davidson and Phoebe Dynevor
Although they didn't directly announce their relationship status, Bridgerton star Phoebe Dynevor and SNL host Pete Davidson were spotted on a cozy stroll in Manchester back in April.
