Cebu Pacific will be canceling flights coming from and going to Mainland China (Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Shenzen), beginning on February 2 until March 29, 2020, as a safety precaution against the spread of the Novel Coronavirus (NCoV).

Meanwhile, flights between the Philippines, Hong Kong, and Macau have been reduced.

Those who are affected by the cancellation of flights have been contacted through the contact details they've provided upon booking. They may also check the status of their flights here.

If you are one of the passengers affected by the cancellations, you have these options:

  • Rebook the flight (new flight date within 30 days of original travel date)
  • Refund the tickets in full
  • Store the value of the ticket in a Travel Fund for future use
