Candice Accola: Have Fun While Working Out

If the thought of working out makes you groan, you'll love Candice Accola's exercise tips. Candice is a big fan of actually having fun while working out. "It's supposed to make you feel good, not make you feel like you're going to vomit, curl up, and never get out of bed. You should leave excited and feeling good about your body," she tells Seventeen. "That's what dance does for me."

Candice, who grew up taking dance classes, keeps fit by taking classes with friends like The Vampire Diaries co-star Katerina Graham. "It's so refreshing not to be on a treadmill and be like, 'I'm at how many calories?' It's, like, forget it. Just have fun. Laugh!"
