It's been a pretty eventful year for One Direction and Directioners alike. It's only been 6 months since ex-1D member Zayn Malik announced his departure fromthe band. Just this morning, The Sun has reported that One Direction might be taking a break starting March next year to concentrate on their solo projects.

This doesn't come as a complete surprise as Liam Payne himself confirmed not too long ago that they would be taking "a break"—or at least they would want one—after their fifth album is released (probably in November). But Directioners all over the world are confident that the boys will reunite and this is definitely not the end of 1D.

What could possibly be devastating to millions of One Direction fans is the news that the boys might not go on tour to promote the fifth album. If the March 2016 hiatus is to believed, Harry, Liam, Louis, and Niall will all be busy with their own projects to tour the world.
