Boys can be the most annoying, but they can also be the sweetest, as proven by these onscreen boyfriends in the past few weeks.
The Carrie Diaries (Mondays, 8 pm, ETC)
When Weaver brought Carrie to the Brooklyn Bridge. That whole speech about the Brooklyn Bridge taking forever to be built but becoming a gazillion times sturdier when it was finally finished, and then saying Carrie is the bridge? There's a compliment in there somewhere. Actually, anything Weaver says or does makes me squee like Carrie.
The Big Bang Theory (Wednesdays, 8 pm, JackTV)
When Howard performed a super geeky love song for Bernadette while she was in quarantine after a lab accident. It's more of a husband move than a boyfriend one, but it definitely deserves a spot on this list. Howard had me at "If I didn’t have you, life would be blue / I'd be Doctor Who without the TARDIS." Watch the entire video and don't hold back the awws! (Full disclosure: I didn't get all the references, but you can dissect the lyrics here.)
How I Met Your Mother (Thursdays, 8:30 pm, 2nd Avenue)
When Barney brought Canada to Robin. 1) Barney always teases his fiancée about her Canadian roots. 2) He has a habit of telling lies just to annoy her. So it was absolutely endearing when he gave her a big Canadian surprise at their rehearsal dinner because he knew she wanted their wedding to be held in her hometown. "Every now and then, I am going to lie to you. I just am. If it's in the interest of an amazing surprise, that is."

Hart of Dixie (Fridays, 9 pm, ETC)
When Joel uprooted his whole life for Zoe. She asks ("You said you could always write anywhere...") and he says yes to Bluebell in less than five minutes. True love. (Unfortunately—or fortunately, for Zade shippers—this big sacrifice might come back to haunt them.)

The Vampire Diaries (Tuesdays, 8 pm, ETC)
When Damon helped bring Bonnie back to life for Elena. If raising your girlfriend’s best friend from the dead doesn’t spell commitment, I don’t know what does.
