Over the past weekend, the cast members of He’s Into Her reunited in another General Assembly to answer questions about the hit show’s upcoming second season. Of course, the conference came with a lot of kilig DonBelle moments as the two leads got candid about what it feels like to work together on set.
Most notably, Belle Mariano and Donny Pangilinan revealed that they grew even closer to each other while taping the show’s new episodes.
“We can see naman from the very beginning na noong una palang how we were so awkward with each other. And now, I’ve gotten to that point wherein I’m just comfortable being myself in front of him. So what I value most is really the support and care and the genuinity of our relationship,” Belle shared.
“Ngayon, ang saya nang mag-play ng Deib and Max despite how many hard times Deib and Max will go through. It was still fun portraying it kasi it was her who I portrayed it with,” Donny added.
OMG, so cute! Asked about how their love team has evolved since season one, Belle and Donny explained that they support and inspire each other to grow as artists.
“Every day just amazes me with what he does. And with that, he just inspires me and it radiates to everyone. Grabe talaga yung eagerness niya to learn and he just wants to improve and be better in what he does,” Belle answered.
"It’s very rare for me to put down all my walls. And with her, it’s possible kasi I trust her so much. So in terms of love team, wala rin akong nakikitang ibang gusto kong makasama kundi siya kasi siya yung favorite co-actor ko ever,” Donny said.
“In terms of everything we’ve gained together and we’ve done together, she inspires me so much. I feel like if there’s anything that happens, we communicate with each other and we support each other. She's always gonna be my love team to me,” Donny concluded.
Earlier this year, Belle also said that she doesn't see herself getting paired with another leading man besides Donny. We can't wait to witness new kilig moments between these two when the new season drops next April!
