Now that it’s been nearly half a year since Barbie Imperial and Diego Loyzaga have called it quits, Barbie’s been a lot more open about her feelings for her former boyfriend. In a YouTube vlog she posted yesterday, she even admitted that Diego was the ex-boyfriend who hurt her the most.
“Honestly, 'yung pinaka-nasaktan talaga ako, I think si Diego talaga. Siya ‘yung boyfriend ko na alam niya lahat about me,” Barbie said, claiming that she already thought Diego was “The One.”
“‘Pag may na-meet kang someone, minsan mo lang ma-feel 'yung akala mo siya na talaga,” she explained. “May mga conversations na about getting married, kung saan kayo titira, mga plans niyo sa buhay—kay Diego ko lang na-experience ‘yun.”
“Yun siguro 'yung reason kung bakit sobrang sakit sa’kin. Plinano ko ‘yung buhay ko with him tapos biglang nawala. Pero ganoon naman talaga and lessons learned,” Barbie concluded.
Later on in the vlog, Barbie also insisted that she wouldn’t want to date any of her ex-boyfriends again. “Wala akong gustong balikan sa mga exes ko,” she clarified. “‘Panindigan mo ‘yan, ‘yan ang pinili mo diba? Sinayang mo ako, so huwag ka na.”
Prior to Diego, Barbie was romantically involved with Ryle Santiago, Paul Salas, and JM De Guzman. For now, Barbie claims that she’s happy to be single because she can focus on her work and family.
