Baihana is Anna Achacoso Graham, Krina Cayabyab, and Melinda Torre, an all-girl jazz trio from the Philippines. Formed in 2008, they perform and arrange their own music—both original and standards. This Friday, they'll be staging B is for Baihana at the Music Museum. Read on to find out why you should be heading out to buy tickets to these three talented young women's show right now.

Their music isn't anything like you've heard before.

If you've seen Dreamgirls, you'll have an idea on the kind of music Baihana performs. They're heavily influenced by the musical groups of the swing and boogie-woogie era such as The Andrews Sisters and The Chordettes (ask your parents about them!).

They do their own musical arrangements!

Krina—if you didn't already guess by her last name—is the daughter of Maestro Ryan Cayabyab. So it's really no surprise why Baihana's areglo sounds amazing.

They can turn some of your favorite tunes into jazz gold.

...and that's a good thing! They've got a knack for turning mainstream pop songs into their own jazz version. We especially love these end-of-the-year medleys they come up with!

Lucky you, they're going onstage tomorrow night at the Music Museum for B is for Baihana. Tickets are available at Ticketworld.com.ph. Follow their music on Sound Cloud and pick up a copy of their album for P400 or download it on iTunes for $9.99.
