Covering songs can be tricky, especially if the original song is well-known and the voice range of the artist is challenging to reach. If there’s someone who can sing covers of songs and belt them as if they're her own, it’s none other than the multi-talented celebrity Alexa Ilacad.

ICYDK: Alexa has been in the music industry since her album To The Moon & Back was released in 2016. Since then, she has performed on the ASAP stage and covered songs on her YouTube channel. Even during her Pinoy Big Brother days, Alexa was passionate about singing. This year, she also released some of her new singles aside from her song covers. We stan a booked and busy queen!

Here are some of her most famous song covers on Youtube:

“The Happiest Girl” by Blackpink

We’re *speechless*! She can sing both high and low notes flawlessly. It’s hard to cover K-pop songs since they're usually made for groups, which makes it extra challenging for soloists who plan to cover them. Alexa, however, nailed this perfectly!

“Traitor” by Olivia Rodrigo

This cover was by far the most ~emotional~ one that Alexa has done so far! She sang the lyrics wholeheartedly, and you could feel the pain of the lyrics just by listening to them.

"The One That Got Away" by Katy Perry

With a total number of 4.1 million viewers, it’s Alexa’s most-viewed song cover! It was highly requested and the people loved how she gave the song her own spin!

"All Too Well" by Taylor Swift

We're so captivated by her singing voice on this cover that we're getting ~goosebumps~ just from watching it! No wonder it reached a million views. She did justice to the original, and we're so *proud*. That's a real Swiftie right there!

"Break My Heart" by Dua Lipa

This song cover emphasized the power of her vocal range! It fits her low register, plus seeing her groove made it even more enjoyable for us to watch.

We can't wait to hear more covers from Alexa!
