ICYMI: One of our favorite Gen Z love teams, KDLex (made up of Alexa Ilacad and KD Estrada), was recently featured on a LED billboard in South Korea last week.
The duo was recently named Best International Artist by the K-pop website Idol Pick. As a result of this, a clip from their romantic drama series Run to Me was played on the digital billboard on top of the Shinhan Bank Building at Seodaemun-gu, Seoul from September 7 to 9, 2022.
Dreamscape Entertainment, the company that produced their show, congratulated the love team on their achievement by posting a screenshot and video on their Instagram.
"KDLex and their sweethearts did it once again!" they wrote.
"KD Estrada and Alexa Ilacad won the Best International Artist at #IdolPick's 83rd Electronic Signboard Event. The signboard promotes the upcoming TV Airing of KDLex's first-ever series, #RunToMe, along with other Korean stars."
KDLex also trended on Twitter once news of their achievement came out.
Alexa and KD were part of the roster of Gen Z celebs who were recently in the US for Star Magic's Beyond the Stars concert tour. They had successful stops in Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco, where they performed for their legion of loyal fans.
