We know that just like us, you also have days when you just feel like crap. Days like those can't be avoided, especially when you're a bit PMS-y. During her performance at the Life Is Beautiful Festival 2015, the YouTube star gave a powerful live rendition of the song and made an inspiring speech before doing so. "The standards that we have to kind of face as young women in everyday life just to feel or look a certain way, or act a certain way, because there's a lot of pressure being a young girl, and just on girls and women in general," she said. "I wanted to make a reminder just to love yourself and appreciate yourself no matter what." (via TeenVogue.com)
