5 Things You Missed While You Were In School (July 30)
Another dystopian film is hitting cinemas soon. The Maze Runner, the film based on the popular YA novel of the same title by James Dashner, gives us a glimpse of the Glade and the horrors that come with living in this community with its newest trailer. Watch Thomas (Teen Wolf's Dylan O'Brien) explore the dangers of the Maze with the rest of the guys and Teresa (Skins' Kaya Scodelario), the Glade's last exile and its first girl inhabitant. The Maze Runner premieres in Philippine theaters on September 17.
Delena fans of the hit show The Vampire Diaries are feeling all the love right now from actors, Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev. The 2 took home the award for Ship of the Year at the recent mtvU Fandom Awards and dedicated their win to their supporters who helped thema take it home. Congratulations, Nian!
This is an incredibly good time for One Direction fans. The group is flying to the Philippines next year for their two-night concert and their concert film, One Direction: Where We Are - The Concert Film, will be shown in Philippine cinemas, too! The film will only be shown for one weekend, on October 11 and 12, so better mark your calendars and keep your wallets ready. Tickets will be sold here in the Philippines on August 15. We'll keep you posted on how and where you can buy them soon, we promise. (Here's hoping we all get to see the movie!)
A heartwarming video was just released by the creators of the movie adaptation of The Giver. The video chronicles 13-year-old Torren's first time to get out and watch a concert of her fave band, OneRepublic! It's a wonderful reminder of being grateful for all the things you have in life. As The Giver (Jeff Bridges) says at the end of this footage, "There's a first time for everything. It's the memories that last forever."
