5 Things You Missed While You Were In School (February 3)

Kevin Jonas and his wife Danielle welcomed their first baby Alena Rose on Sunday, February 2! The 26-year-old former Jonas Brothers singer later tweeted, "I'm so in love with her." The Hunger Games: Catching Fire actor Philip Seymour Hoffman, who played Plutarch Heavensbee in the film, was found dead in his apartment due to drug overdose. Hunger Games fans have nothing to worry, though, because producers assured that his death won't affect the release dates of the Mockingjay films. In addition, Philip has already finished taping his scenes for the first part. Some parts of the second film will be rewritten, but there'll be no significant changes since he only had seven taping days remaining. Mockingjay Part 1 will be released on November and its second part next year.

Are you excited for The Amazing Spider-Man 2? We are, and the good thing is they just released the extended trailer for the film. Almost four minutes of viewing pleasure that will give you the chills and some fears as enemies unite to put down Peter Parker! The Amazing Spider-Man 2 stars Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, and Jamie Foxx, and will hit theaters on May 2.

Bruno Mars and Red Hot Chili Peppers spiced up the Super Bowl with their performance! He opened with "Billionaire," drummed his way to "Locked Out of Heaven," danced and sung to "Treasure," and was then joined by the Red Hot Chili Peppers in "Give It Away." He ended the 12-minute stint with his breakthrough single "Just the Way You Are." Watch the performance below!

And speaking of Super Bowl, Bruno Mars wasn't the only one making news during the sports event. Canadian singer Justin Bieber was spotted showing off his skateboarding skills in the Leather & Laces Pre-Super Bowl Party. Justin walked to the dance floor and did some tricks using his skateboard. Pretty neat right there, Biebs!
