After Selena Gomez takes a break from the spotlight, her on-again, off-again bestie is also going on hiatus! Demi Lovato announced that she's taking a break from music this 2017. When a fan tweeted Demi on whether she'll be coming back or not, she replied, "It doesn't feel worth it anymore. I'd rather do charity works to be honest." Lovatics all over the world would be stuck on repeat for another year but hopefully, Demi will still be visible and will continue inspiring young girls with all the challenges they're going through. After CinderellaMaleficent, and Beauty and the Beast got their live action remakes, our girl Mulan is finally getting its turn to hit the big screen! The film is set for release on November 2, 2018. There's still no talk about who the director or the cast will be, but after over 90,000 people petitioned not to whitewash the movie, Vulture reports that the studio will host a global search for an actress of Chinese descent to play the lead role.
