ICYDK, Charli XCX wrote the song "Same Old Love" and handed it over to Selena Gomez. When Charli was asked in a recent interview with GRAZUA Australia why she gave it to Sel, she said, "This [particular] song was something I had written and she loved it and felt it related to her,” Charli XCX explained. After hearing Sel perform it, she wanted to sing it herself, but ultimately decided the song would mean more coming from Gomez." Because of her on-and-off relationship with Justin Bieber, the song seemed fitting to her and Charli added, "It felt very real coming from her, and I think a lot of the audience could really connect because of what had been going on." "It was cool that she really brought that song to life." —Charli XCX

Ruby hilariously answered with a "yeah, you get this whole hazing thing and you have to do an initiation. I had to do it to be in Taylor's squad." She was kidding, of course! And she later answered with "I don't know. I don't think she even calls it that... it's just a normal friendship." (via teenvogue.com)

But all's good because our girl Ellen managed to enter the White House and even did a mannequin challenge with Bruce Springsteen, Tom Hanks, Robert De Niro, and Diana Ross. (via usmagazine.com)
