Call it what you want but Taylor Swift just proved how huge her impact is. In an entry on her Tumblr, she wrote an open letter to Apple, explaining the reason behind her not allowing 1989 to be part of Apple Music, the company's streaming service currently on free trial. And it seems like the people in Apple heard her loud and clear, because they announced that they will be paying the artists/labels during the 3-month trial period. You go, Tay! Is there really nothing more than friendship between Niall Horan and Ariana Grande? They must be pretty close for Niall to fly all the way from Germany to Spain just to make it to a birthday dinner of their common friend, Alfredo Flores. Okay, maybe he just really really wanted to be there for the director. Okay, fiiine. We'll save our ship name for when sparks are actually flying between these two. :P (via J-14)

When you're as talented as Zayn Malik, it's no surprise when everyone wants a piece of you. And this latest piece of news about 50 Cent reportedly wanting to take Zayn under his wing makes us wonder if he will jump ship and work on something with the rapper. What do you think? (via Dolly)

Walk the Moon is coming to Manila this August! They'll be here on August 19 - 20 and will have shows at the Ayala Malls. Which song are you excited to hear live?

Ed Sheeran co-hosted the Much Music Video Awards in Canada and he did an awesome job! The Weeknd and Shawn Mendes were the big winners of the night and we're already hoping for Nick Jonas's "Chains" performance to pop up in HD somewhere online, like, now. (via Much Music)
