Rumors have been going around online that Dolce Amore star Liza Soberano was invited by Marvel to play Mary Jane in the upcoming Spider-Man movie. However, during an interview, Liza clarified this and said that it's not true. "It's not really an invitation, I think it was what the fans [of Marvel] wanted," she said. "All my fans started re-tweeting it and everything, but wala naman po talagang invitation." Aww, but how cool would it be if she got to play MJ, right? (via PEP.ph)
