There have been rumors going around about actors being considered for the roles in X-Men: Apocalypse. According to these reports, Zendaya and Alexandra Shipp (these two were both considered for the role of Aaliyah in the Lifetime original movie, with the latter eventually snagging the role) are up for playing the young Storm, who was originally portrayed by Halle Berry. Meanwhile Saoirse Ronan and Sophie Turner are in the running to play Jean Grey, and Taron Edgerton, Jamie Blackley, and Tye Sheridan are being considered for the role of Cyclops.
