Seems like Selena Gomez is getting closer to One Direction. Over the weekend, the "Same Old Love" hitmaker denied rumors that she's dating Niall Horan, they're just friends, she said. But there are rumors going around on social media that she was spotted hanging out backstage at the X Factor UK where the boys performed for the last time live before their hiatus. Speaking of Selena, the singer also reunited recently with her ex-boyfriend, music producer Zedd, where they performed for the first time ever at Z100's Jingle Ball in New York. Aside from One Direction, Ed Sheeran is also taking a break next year. He needs to recover from his surgery happening next month, and has now announced that he'll be taking a break from social media. But not to worry because Ed also revealed that the third album's on the way. That's definitely something we're looking forward to!

Oh no, Demi Lovato fell onstage at the Z100 Jingle Ball. She was so into her performance of "Cool For the Summer" when she suddenly slipped and fell. Aww, but glad you're alright, D.
