Looks like there's no stopping Instagram these days. After their recent updates on the editing features of the app, the developers released three new filters recently along with a promise that they'll be adding new ones regularly. Great news, right? Called Lark, Reyes, and Juno, these filters were described as "a family of modern, subtle filters that brighten and enhance your photos in refined, beautiful way." But that's not all, Instagram also announced that you can start using emojis for your hashtags. Yay! Time to start using the heart eyes emoji on your captions more frequently. Heehee.
Want to let your friends know what you've been up to while you're away from your Facebook Messenger? You can soon with the social networking site's "sidebar status." Facebook is running the test in iOS and Android mobile users in Taiwan and Australia right now, and with this future feature (crossing fingers that it'll be available for everyone, too!) you can shamelessly share what you're having for breakfust (or lunch or dinner) or what you're currently doing while "away" accompanied by a small icon.

Sam Smith was forced to cancel his Australian tour earlier due to a hemorrhage on his vocal chords. The Grammy-winning singer made the announcement on his Instagram, saying that doctors "have told me I need to fully rest until my vocal chords have healed, otherwise this could become a huge long-term issue." Sam is currently on tour to promote his debut album In the Lonely Hour. He is set to perform at the SM Mall of Asia Arena on May 10. Sending all our love to you, Sam. Hope you get well soon.

The book is described by Deadline Hollywood as "a combination of The Fault in Our Stars and The Sixth Sense.
