The first round of nominees for the Grammy Awards 2015 have been revealed! Taylor Swift, Iggy Azalea, Sam Smith, Sia, and Meghan Trainor are up against each other for Record of the Year. Iggy is nominated for "Fancy" with Charli XCX, Sia for "Chandelier," Sam for "Stay With Me (Dark Child Version)," Tay for "Shake It Off," and Meghan for "All About That Bass." Speaking of Grammy Awards 2015, Sam Smith tops the nominations game for the Grammy Awards 2015, with Pharrell Williams and Beyonce. The Brit singer is up for 6 categories and celebrated the news by posting a photo of himself via Instagram, holding up 5 fingers, clearly haven't gotten out of bed yet. Sam is nominated for Best New Artist, Best Pop Vocal Album and Album of the Year for In the Lonely HourSong of the Year for "Stay With Me," Record of the Year for "Stay With Me," and Best Pop Solo Performance for "Stay With Me."

And speaking of Sam Smith, the Brit singer is also holding a concert in Manila on May 10, 2015 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena. Tickets will go on sale next week, December 16. Have your pockets ready!

Christmas comes early in the wizarding world as the Pottermore newsletter revealed that J.K. Rowling is dropping new writing this holiday season. In case you aren't a member of the website, the newsletter said that starting December 12, they'll be dropping festive surprises through the #PottermoreChristmas event on Facebook and new writing by the Harry Potter author "from Florean Fortescue's ghost plot to J.K. 5 Seconds of Summer realeased the new music video for their cover of "What I Like About You," which they recorded at The Forum in Los Angeles. The song will be part of their Live SOS album set for release this year. Be honest, how many times have you watched the video!

Taylor Swift's camp has put to rest all rumors that the singer was caught getting cozy with model BFF, Karlie Kloss, at a concert of The 1975. Tay's reps called the rumors hilarious because turns out the 2 were just trying to listen to each other over the loud music.

We know we said 5 things, but we just got the best news today! #1DWorldManila is opening next week, December 16 at the SM Megamall. The official One Direction Facebook page broke the news earlier today and we can't wait. We wonder, though, if this is the same as the One Direction Cafe which opened in Japan earlier this year.
