5 Lines From TV Shows That Give Us So Much #Feels
1. Gossip Girl
"I've been acting okay, but I'm not. They say it's a broken heart, but I hurt in my whole body. What if I stay like this forever? What if I never get over Chuck?"
Why the feels? Because it's a reminder of lost love, and how we always have the most difficult of times pulling ourselves together after with the help of people who remind us that we can make it through whatever life decides to throw at us.
2. Teen Wolf
"Ever feel like you have the best intentions, but you're just making one mistake after another?"
Why the feels? Because most of the time, this is what we do: We try so hard to make things better, do them better, and just be a better person every day. But whenever we try to, most of the time our attempts just make things worse or they backfire and give us more problems in the end. Whoever has this whole life figured out should win an award or something.
3. The Vampire Diaries
"What I'm about to say is probably the most selfish thing I've ever said in my life. I love you... I just have to say it once. You just need to hear it. I love you, Elena and it's because I love you that I can't be selfish with you. Why you can't know this. I don't deserve you, but my brother does."
Why the feels? Because there are moments when we want to be selfish and not think about the consequences of confessing our feelings to the person we love. But who are we kidding, really? At the end of the day, we still choose to do what's right and even sacrifice by hiding our feelings so they won't have a difficult time dealing.
4. Gilmore Girls
"I'm in love with him. Despite all the bad he's done, I can't help it. I'm in lo with him."
Why the feels? Because there's a reason you love a person, but sometimes you just can't figure out what that exact thing is. You just do. And maybe he's bad for you or he's just going to cause you pain or he can be super annoying, but still you fall for him anyway.
5. One Tree Hill
"I used to miss you so much, but it never seemed like you missed me. And I guess because of that, I stopped missing you."
Why the feels? Because there's just a point in your life when suddenly, the things that hurt don't hurt that much anymore. Or when you just stoping thinking about them altogether. Maybe it's because you finally moved on or have accepted things unconsciously. But a part of it really is you just have finally felt that it's useless to miss them or feel anything for them when the feelings are just one-sided.
